The client is the CEO of an interior design firm. We are in search of a dynamic and adaptable Personal Assistant cum Project Manager to provide comprehensive support to the CEO. In this dual role, you will be responsible for meticulously managing the CEO's agenda and ensuring optimal time utilization. As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing various design projects, collaborating with operational teams, and liaising effectively with clients to ensure projects are executed seamlessly.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, or a related field.
2 - 4 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant or Project Manager, preferably in the design or creative industry.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and team members.
High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work extended hours when necessary.
A collaborative mindset, strong work ethic, and a keen eye for detail.
Ability to converse in Mandarin/Cantonese, English and BM.
Additional Details
Salary range is between MYR 4500 – 5000 per month.

Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
2 – 4 years’ experience in interior design, demonstrating a strong portfolio of completed projects.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
Exceptional creative and conceptual thinking with an ability to translate ideas into captivating designs.
Strong knowledge of spatial planning, color theory, and materials selection.
Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, team members, and external partners.
Detail-oriented approach, ensuring accuracy in drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
Ability to converse in Mandarin/Cantonese, English and BM.
